I am the founder and sole proprietor of Homefull Bish, LLC, which I incorporated in March 2023. I have over 10 years of combined lived and professional subject matter expertise, and I have done work towards systems change in the movement to end homelessness at both a national and local level.

As an independent consultant, I center my work on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. I adopt anti-racist approaches to collaboration and dismantling white supremacy culture in the workplace.  I prioritize the voices of people marginalized by systems of oppression, including BIPOC, LGBTQ folx, people with disabilities, and the elders in the community.
